Intermediate Reduction Drive (IRD) units can only be fully disassembled and rebuilt using our specialist tools and methods that ensure all of the debris caused by a failing IRD is removed and all shims and seals are set correctly.
Each reconditioned IRD unit is fully stripped down, cleaned and all worn/damaged parts (bearings, gears, seals etc) replaced before being rebuilt.

If units show obvious signs of damage, e.g. broken casing, damaged gears, please disclose this as it could void the return unit. None Return of old unit will incur a £250 surcharge.
